Grievance Officer

Something about Closeli might have gone wrong: a companion behaved badly, your data was handled in a way you did not agree to, a payment looks incorrect, or you asked us for something and we did not respond. This page tells you exactly who to reach and how long we have to fix it.
Who handles complaints
Aarti Panchal
Founder & Grievance Officer
Closeli (sole proprietorship, pre-incorporation)
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
How long we take
- 1Acknowledgement within 24 hours. You get a reply confirming we have your complaint and a reference for it.
- 2Resolution within 15 days of receipt, as required by the IT Rules 2021.
- 3Data requests within 30 days. Requests to access, correct, or delete your data are handled on the timeline in our privacy policy.
Safety complaints come first
If your complaint involves the physical safety or wellbeing of an elder, say so in the subject line. We treat those immediately rather than on the timelines above, and we suspend the companion involved while we look into it. For a medical emergency in progress, call 108 first, then tell us.
If we do not resolve it
You can escalate a data-protection complaint to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. For other consumer complaints, the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and the consumer courts remain open to you. Nothing on this page limits any right you have by law.
